Consultation request received
Your request has been received
Thank you for writing to Fatigue Free Living. Your consultation request is now with us, and we will reply by email with available times. There is nothing else you need to pay or fill in right now.
Where your message sits
Requests are read in the order they arrive on working days, so a message sent on Friday evening is answered after the weekend queue clears. Your note stays in that line until we have written back with proposed times.

Messages are answered from the Bordeaux office. All appointments and proposed times are given in France local time (CET).
What happens next
A short outline of the steps between now and a fixed appointment, so you know what to expect in your inbox.
-
First
We read your request in the order it arrived
Requests reach us in arrival order on working days, and each one gets a personal read rather than an automatic reply. If you sent a follow-up on another day, it is added to the same message thread so nothing gets counted twice.
-
Then
We reply by email within one to two working days
Your reply brings proposed slots in France local time (CET), together with the price for the session and bank transfer details. If the times you asked for are full, we include the closest alternatives and you can choose which one fits your week.
-
Then
You confirm a slot and the appointment is fixed
The time is held once we agree on it by email and the bank transfer is confirmed, so there is no rush to answer the same hour. Reply with your preference whenever it suits you and we will send the confirmation along with what to prepare.
Add our address to your contacts
Keep an eye on your inbox and the spam folder, because a first reply sometimes lands in promotions or junk. Adding our contact address to your safe senders is enough to stop that happening.
Two days of ordinary meals
How to prepare while you wait
Nothing here is compulsory, and no tests or referrals are needed. A little quiet preparation simply makes the first conversation more conthe French Riviera, because we can talk about your real week instead of a general one.
-
Note your meals for two days. Write down what you ate, the rough time, and how hungry you felt before and after. Two ordinary days tell us more than a perfect one.
-
Add your sleep and work hours. When you wake, when you finish, and whether you eat at a desk, in a canteen or at home. The shape of the day usually explains the meals more than appetite does.
-
Photograph what you buy often. A picture of your usual breakfast or a label from a French shop is useful but not required. Ordinary supermarket and bakery products are exactly what we plan around.
-
Choose one main goal. The first video session runs for 50 minutes, and one clear goal uses that time better than a list of five. Bring the smaller questions along too, but let one of them lead.
Keep these notes wherever is easiest. You can read them out, paste them into a reply, or simply keep them in mind for the call.
If you need to add details
A request is easy to amend. If you remembered something after sending the form, there is no need to start again.
Reply to our confirmation email
The quickest way to add anything is to answer the email we send back. Your message stays in the same thread, so the extra detail arrives with the rest of your notes.
Tell us your limits early
Mention your location in France and any time limits you have for appointments, such as early mornings or a season when you travel. We shape the proposed slots around those before we send them.
Send billing details if you need an invoice
Invoice details are easiest to collect early, so add them with the rest of your notes and we will confirm them together with the slot. Please do not send sensitive medical files before we ask.
If you would rather start a fresh message, you can also write to us through the contact page. Please keep medical documents out of the first message.
When replies may take longer
A slower week is normal and does not mean your message was missed.
On weekends and French public holidays we answer more slowly, because requests are read on working days. August and the holiday weeks around it can add a short delay as well, both here and for anyone waiting on a bank.
If three working days pass without a reply, check your spam folder first, then send a short follow-up through the contact page. We keep all messages and answer each one, so your request is not lost while we are briefly away.

Working days for a first reply
What this page confirms
A received message, not a booked appointment
It helps to be precise about what has and has not happened yet.
This page confirms we received your message through the site form.
It does not yet fix an appointment time.
Your slot is fixed only after you agree on a time by email and the bank transfer is confirmed.
The next email explains each step clearly, including the price for the session and the payment details for the transfer. You can decide on a time once it arrives, without any pressure, and ask about anything that is unclear.
Keep learning in the meantime
While you wait for our reply, these pages are free to read and written in English. Bring any questions they raise to your session.
