Rough meal notes to bring
What the session is
You describe your meals, schedule and goals. You leave with a short written plan of next steps. There is no travel, no waiting room and no fixed diet sheet.
An online nutritionist appointment runs as a video conversation, so you can join from home, from a work break or from wherever you happen to be in France. Nothing is printed for you in advance and nothing is assumed about how you already eat. The first session is mostly listening: what a normal day looks like, when meals actually happen, and what you want to change first.
Who this session helps most
The session helps if your eating feels irregular, rushed or driven by late work hours. You do not need prior nutrition knowledge to start.
Late and rushed days
If dinner lands close to bedtime and lunch disappears into meetings, we map what is actually eaten and move one or two meals earlier rather than rebuilding your whole day.
Parents juggling school meals
When you cook for children first and eat whatever is left, we build a couple of anchor meals that survive a busy weekday and a school run.
Remote workers at the desk
Eating at the desk usually means snacks replace meals. We set a small number of planned breaks with something real on the plate.
Steadier energy through the day
If you notice a slump in the afternoon or wake up without appetite, we look at the spacing between meals and at how much liquid goes in alongside them.
Before the call
Bring two days of rough meal notes. Rough is fine — a photo of the plate, a line in your phone, an honest memory of the day. It saves time and makes every suggestion more conthe French Riviera.
What we cover in 50 minutes
One conversation, one written note. We go from your typical day to two to four changes, in the order you asked for.
Opening
Your typical day, from wake time to sleep
We walk through the whole day rather than one meal: when you wake, what you drink first, where meals sit, what happens at the desk, and how the evening closes.
Mapping
Meals, snacks, drinks and movement
Everything you take in during a normal week goes on the same map, including coffee, water, soft drinks and the walks or gym sessions around them. Liquids are often the surprise.
Pressure points
One or two things worth fixing first
We pick what is causing the most trouble, such as skipped breakfasts, heavy late dinners or long gaps between meals, instead of listing every imperfect habit at once.
Changes
Two to four changes, agreed with you
Adding a morning anchor meal, shifting part of dinner earlier, putting a real lunch between two meetings. Each change is something you can hold during a normal working week.
Closing
Questions, then a clear first step
The last part of the call belongs to you. We close with a short written note of what to try first, so nothing depends on remembering the conversation two days later.
2–4
changes per session, not a full diet sheet
Before you join the call
After your request is accepted, we send a short form about meals, sleep, work, foods you avoid and medicines that affect appetite, plus the video link for the session. You do not need lab tests to book, and nothing in the form is a test you can fail.
A phone or laptop camera, a quiet corner and a stable internet connection are enough. If you can, keep bottles, labels or photos of your frequent meals nearby. That saves time in the call and turns general advice into something you can act on the same evening.

Follow up sessions and timing
Many people return after two to four weeks for a 30 minute follow up. That gap is deliberate: long enough to see how the changes behave during work trips, holidays or family events in France, short enough that nothing drifts.
In the follow up we review what held up, what quietly disappeared and where the plan needs a smaller version. Portions and snack plans get adjusted, not restarted from zero. You can book one follow up or a short series, with gaps that match your calendar. There is no subscription and no automatic charge.
Price, payment and invoice
Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice sent before the session. We do not process card payments online on this site, and no amount is charged without your confirmation first.
Step one
You send a request with two or three preferred days and times. The reply includes the amount, the transfer details and the cancellation terms, so you can decide with the whole picture in front of you.
Step two
The invoice arrives by email. If you need it issued to a company or with particular billing details, tell us in advance and we will set it up before the payment moves.
Step three
Once the transfer is confirmed, your slot is fixed and the video link follows. Nothing is held in a queue and no payment details are stored on this site.
Changing a slot
If something comes up, write to us as early as you can and we will look for another opening. The cancellation terms in your reply explain how far ahead that needs to happen.
Technical setup and privacy
Calls run through a common video service and you receive the link by email. Find a private spot where you can speak freely, and keep a charger within reach if you are joining from a phone.
We keep notes for continuity of your support and do not share them without your request. Sessions are in English and scheduled in Central European Time (CET), with daylight saving as observed in France. Tell us if you need another time reference for travel.

Direct contact
When we may redirect you
If you describe symptoms that need medical review, very rapid weight change or a possible eating disorder, we will pause the booking and advise seeing a doctor instead. The same applies to complex conditions where clinical supervision is required.
We can still help with general meal structure once your doctor confirms it is appropriate. Saying no when it is the right answer is part of responsible guidance, and it is better said before a slot is booked than after.
How to request your slot
Use the contact page form and mention two or three preferred days and times, plus your location in France for time planning. Short questions about whether this is the right fit are welcome before you commit to a slot.
We answer within one to two working days with the options that are open. If slots are full during holiday weeks, we will offer the next available times — no pressure, no countdown and no automated reminders chasing you.
Is a video call enough for real nutrition guidance?
Yes, for the kind of work described here. We are looking at meal structure, timing and routine, and those are things you can describe and photograph from your own kitchen. Anything that needs a physical examination or blood work belongs with a doctor.
How much do I need to prepare before the first call?
Two days of rough notes are plenty. Write down roughly when you ate, what it was and how the day felt afterwards. If writing is a chore, take a photo of each plate and bring those instead.
Can I book from outside France?
The service is built around adults staying in France, mainly because of shopping habits, seasonal food and time zone. If you travel often but your kitchen is here, that is exactly the situation the follow up format was designed for.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Write to us as early as you can and we will look for the next opening that suits you. The cancellation window is stated in the reply to your request, so you always know the terms before any transfer is made.
Next step
Tell us the days that fit your week.
Send the request from the contact page with your preferred times and we will reply with the options. There is no obligation to book once you have read them.
Fatigue Free Living is an educational nutrition resource. We offer online consultations and reading material; we do not sell supplements, treat medical conditions or replace your doctor.
