Privacy Policy for this website

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Fatigue Free Living collects through fatiguefreelivingsit.site, why it is processed and how you can exercise your rights. The operator is Fatigue Free Living, providing educational nutrition information and online consultations for clients across France.

The sections below follow the same order as the work behind them: what a form sends us, why we keep it, how long it stays, who else sees it, and how you reach us about it.

Data we collect

Two streams reach us: what you type into a form, and what the server records on its own so the site keeps working.

Identification

Your name and email address, so we can reply to the right person and keep one thread per inquiry.

Location and scheduling

Your location in France, preferred appointment times, and any scheduling note you add, used to propose a slot that fits your week.

Message content

The question or context you write in the contact and request form. It stays with the correspondence it belongs to and is not used to build a profile.

Technical logs

Pages visited, browser type and approximate connection data recorded by the server. This is what keeps the site secure, responsive and free of error loops.

Payment details

None. We do not collect payment card details on this site, because consultation fees are settled by bank transfer after a session is arranged.

If you would rather send only the minimum, that is workable: a name, an email address and two or three time windows are enough for us to answer. Everything else is optional detail.

Purposes and legal bases

Each purpose has a reason we can name, and a legal ground behind it. Both are listed together, so you never have to guess why a message was kept.

Answering your inquiry

Contact details and message content are used to answer inquiries, propose appointment times and arrange the session itself.

Ground: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Session links and notes

After a consultation is confirmed, we email the video link and the written notes that belong to that session.

Ground: pre-contractual steps and the agreement we are preparing.

Invoices and bookkeeping

Billing details are issued and stored so the practice keeps compliant tax and accounting records for the consultation.

Ground: legal obligations for invoicing and record keeping.

Keeping the site secure

Server logs and basic technical data are used to keep the site functional, spot abuse and trace the cause of errors.

Ground: legitimate interests in operating a safe website.

Retention periods

Nothing is kept indefinitely. Each record has a window tied to the work it supports, and the window closes on a schedule rather than on memory.

When a retention period ends, the record is deleted or reduced to anonymous figures that no longer identify you. Where a longer period is fixed by tax or accounting law, that period overrides the shorter window below.

Inquiry messages and related correspondence

up to 24 months

Invoice and billing records

per applicable law

Server log entries

short security window

The 24-month window gives us room to reopen a schedule if a consultation is postponed, then drops the thread completely.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. What leaves the practice goes to a short list of service providers who keep the site and the consultations running, and each one is bound by its own data protection terms.

Video consultations use a third party video service selected at scheduling time, so the provider can differ between sessions. Data is processed with consideration of storage locations, and transfers outside the European Economic Area occur only where they are needed to deliver a service, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Hosting and email

The servers that publish this site and deliver our messages, under standard data protection terms.

Video consultations

The third party video service chosen when your session is scheduled; only the link and the scheduled time are shared.

Accounting and tax

Invoicing records shared with the accounting service that files the practice's returns.

Advertising and profiling

Your data is not sold, rented or handed to advertising networks for profiling of any kind.

You can always ask which provider was used for a specific session. Mention the date and we will confirm it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, as well as object to certain processing and request data portability where applicable. The request does not have to be formal: a short message naming what you want changed is enough for us to start.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page with the email you used. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your place of residence, including in France.

Contact for privacy requests

For questions about this Policy or to submit a rights request, use the contact form on this site and mention privacy in the subject. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

If your request concerns an upcoming consultation, include your appointment details to help us locate correspondence faster.

Questions about this policy

The short answers we give most often. If yours is not here, the contact page reaches the same inbox that handles these requests.

Do I have to send my location to ask a question?

No. A name, an email address and your question are enough for a first reply. Your location in France helps us suggest appointment times that fit local hours, but you can leave it out and add it later if a consultation is arranged.

Are health details I mention in a message treated differently?

Anything you write in a message is treated as confidential correspondence and is used only to prepare or answer your inquiry. We do not use message content to build marketing audiences, and it is never shared with advertising networks.

How do I get an old message deleted?

Write through the contact page from the email address you originally used, and say that you would like the correspondence deleted. We will confirm once it is removed, unless an invoice tied to that period still has to be kept under tax or accounting rules.

Does the site use cookies I should read about separately?

Cookies and similar technologies are described in their own document, so this policy stays focused on personal data. The Cookie Policy lists what is stored in your browser and how to control it.

Will this policy change?

If the way we handle data changes, this page is updated and the review date at the top moves with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you are reading the current version.

Send a privacy question, or start a consultation

Both routes land in the same inbox. Say privacy in the subject if you are writing about this policy, and we will answer inside the legal time limits.
