Send a consultation request

This form is the main channel for booking requests and general questions. Tell us who you are, where in France you are based, and when you could join a video call. We reply by email with available times and transfer details.

Read consultation details first

If your matter is urgent or medical, please contact your doctor or local services directly rather than waiting for email. We do not give personal meal assessments by email before a session.

What to write in your request

A few lines help us match the right slot and prepare properly. You do not need to attach long files or a food diary. Short, honest context is enough for a first reply.

Your main goal

Steadier workday meals, calmer family dinners, breakfasts that survive a 7am commute — name it in your own words.

Work hours and cooking setup

Shift work, late office evenings, a one-pan kitchen or a full family table — it changes what we suggest first.

Foods you avoid

Allergies, intolerances, fasting periods, or ingredients you simply dislike. A short list is fine.

Appetite related medication

Mention anything that affects hunger or digestion, so we can align a session time with your doctor's guidance.

One practical question

If something specific brought you here — shelf labels at a French supermarket, feeding a family of five — say it up front and we answer it in the first email.

Where we work and when

All consultations happen online by video, so you can join from Bordeaux, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, regional cities or smaller towns with a stable internet connection. Nothing is recorded and no clinic visit is needed. Appointments are scheduled in Central European Time (CET) as used in France, including daylight saving changes in spring and autumn.

Daytime slots are usually easier to book, with a limited number of evening appointments each week. If you are travelling, tell us in the form and we align the time to whichever time zone you will actually be in — a call is never missed over a one-hour offset.

Not what this page is for

Medical diagnosis, prescriptions, and treatment for diagnosed conditions sit with a doctor. We prepare the everyday eating side around your doctor's plan, and we say plainly when a topic is outside nutritionology.

The Bordeaux office, and what it is for

Our address is on 22 Cours de l'Intendance in Bordeaux, a few minutes from Place de la Comédie. The office is where programs are planned, materials are prepared, and where we occasionally meet clients who prefer to talk face to face before booking online sessions.

Consultations themselves stay online, so a visit is never required to start. Call or email ahead if you would like to arrange an in-person introduction, and we will confirm whether a suitable time is free.

What happens after you send the form

Nothing is charged until you agree on a time, and nothing is locked in before payment is confirmed.

  1. You see a confirmation page

Your message reaches us the moment you press send. If the confirmation page does not appear, the message did not go through and it is worth writing again.

  2. We check availability

We look at the times you offered, the session length you need, and how soon you would like to start, then reply by email with proposed slots.

  3. You receive price and transfer details

The reply includes the consultation price, what it covers, and bank transfer details for payment from a French or other European SEPA account.

  4. Payment confirms your slot

Once the transfer is confirmed, the time is fixed and no one else can take it. You then get the video link and a short preparation list.

  5. Nothing fits? No pressure

If none of the offered times work, we suggest the next open week and you decide when to come back. Holding a slot never depends on a quick answer.

Other questions we answer

Programs, session length, invoices, whether a topic fits nutritionology, and how we handle public holidays. Open any row for the plain answer.

More detail on session structure and pricing lives on the online consultation page and the frequently asked questions page.

How long is a consultation, and what does the first session cover?

Most people start with a single session of around 50 minutes, held by video. It covers your current routine, the meals you actually repeat during the week, and your practical constraints. If you later choose a longer program, the first session becomes its starting point rather than a repeat.

Can I get an invoice for a company or an insurance claim?

Yes. Tell us in the form that you need an invoice and give the billing name exactly as it should appear. We send the invoice with the reply that confirms your slot, so your paperwork is settled before the call rather than after it.

I am new to French supermarkets. Can you help with labels and staples?

That comes up often with students, remote workers, and families who recently moved here. We talk through how to read a French label, which staples are worth keeping at home, and how to build a week of meals from what a neighbourhood shop actually stocks. Where a guide already covers it, we point you there instead of repeating it on a call.

Can you review my meals by email before I book?

We cannot give personal meal assessments by email before a session, and we would rather say that clearly than improvise. Those details belong in the video call, where we can ask follow-up questions about portions, timing, and what you actually ate last week rather than what a list suggests you might eat.

When are you closed, and when do replies slow down?

We answer on working days and pause on French public holidays, when a reply may take longer than usual. During August and holiday weeks, slots fill faster, so it helps to write a little earlier than you otherwise would. If you have not heard back within three working days, check your spam folder and write again — we keep every request and answer in the order received.

Not sure where to start? Write one paragraph and we take it from there

If you would rather read about session structure, prices, and how our guidance is put together before you write, those pages answer most of it. When you are ready, the form above stays the fastest route to a reply.
