Nutrition Programs

Nutrition programs you can follow online

Short, topic based support series that run online. Each program includes video sessions, written steps and check ins, built around your food preferences and life in France. You choose the focus, we shape the pace.

Weeks per program

How programs differ from single sessions

A single session solves one clear question, while a program supports a habit over four to eight weeks. Programs suit people who want to rebuild breakfast routines, steady late eating or plan family dinners without daily stress. You get a start session, one or two follow ups and written summaries. The structure keeps you moving even when work gets busy.

Single sessions are easy to book when you face one decision, such as reading a label or fixing a dinner that keeps getting skipped. A program is for the slower work: repeating the same choice until it stops needing willpower. Between calls you send short written updates by email, so the nutritionist can adjust the next session to what actually happened in your week rather than to a plan written in advance.

What each program includes

  • A start session to set the focus
  • One or two follow-up sessions
  • Written notes after every call
  • A one page habit sheet
  • Shopping cues for French shops

Sessions run in English and are scheduled in France local time (CET).

Steady energy for workdays

For office staff, shop owners and remote workers in France who skip meals and crash in the afternoon. We set anchor meals, desk friendly lunches from bakeries or home boxes, and drink routines centered on water and coffee timing.

Anchor meal

A real breakfast before the first commute, not a coffee on the move.

Desk lunch

Two repeat lunches you rotate, from a nearby bakery or a box brought from home.

Drink timing

Water through the day and a cut-off for coffee that protects your sleep.

Rush day backup

One shelf-stable option so a packed shift does not become a skipped meal.

Local timing

Bordeaux commutes and island seasonal work get prep squeezed into shop hours.

Most clients leave this focus with two repeat lunches and one backup option for the days that run late. Nothing here needs a scale or a calorie app: portions are judged by what fits the container you actually carry.

Balanced home cooking without stress

If dinners feel chaotic, this program simplifies planning with French staples. We build a repeat week with legumes twice a week, fish once or twice, plus eggs, poultry, vegetables and whole grains. Shopping lists match supermarket and laiki options, and leftovers are planned on purpose.

The repeat week we build together

  • Legumes twice a week, cooked in a big pot so one evening covers two meals.
  • Fish once or twice, with a frozen or market option written next to it so the plan survives a bad week.
  • Eggs and poultry as the easy middle of the week, not a special occasion meal.
  • Vegetables and whole grains you already buy at the supermarket or the laiki.
  • Portion cues with plates and hands, not scales.

Families can share the same base with small tweaks for different appetites, and leftovers are written into the week instead of left to chance.

Weight steadiness with no harsh rules

This is not a rapid loss plan. It is support for gradual steadiness through regular meals, sleep and walking, with attention to sweets, alcohol and late snacks. We track habits and fullness, not just kilos.

What we watch

Regular meal times, how rested you feel, walking you can repeat on a normal day, and where sweets, alcohol or late snacks sit in the week.

What we leave alone

Restaurant meals and holidays stay in the picture, with pacing strategies. No food is written off the list and nothing is counted to the gram.

If medical review is needed, we ask you to get it and continue the nutrition work alongside whatever your doctor advises. Your doctor remains the reference for medical questions, and this program never replaces that.

Family tables and shared meals

Parents often cook one meal for different ages and tastes. We help you set a flexible base, like a grain plus vegetables plus protein, with add ons for children or partners. School lunchboxes, afternoon snacks and weekend baking get simple rules.

For mixed households where someone avoids meat or lactose, we map swaps using products found in French shops, so you are not shopping in three different places for one dinner. The aim is calmer dinners, not perfect plates, and the base stays the same while the add ons change at the table.

Eating well after 40

Needs and schedules shift with age, from sleep to appetite to time for cooking. This focus reviews what you already buy and where small changes actually hold.

Protein distribution

Spreading protein across the day instead of loading it into one evening meal.

Fiber

More legumes, vegetables and whole grains built into meals you already cook.

Calcium sources

Yoghurt, cheese, greens and fortified options already on your shopping list.

Drink habits

Water and coffee timing, plus an honest look at evening wine with dinner.

Daily movement

Walking routes, market trips and social meals that keep the routine pleasant.

Adjustments stay modest and easy to repeat. Your doctor remains the reference for medical questions, and the nutrition work runs alongside any treatment you are on.

Choosing the right starting point

If you are unsure, start with one consultation and decide about a program afterward. Tell us your top problem, your cooking setup and your time for prep. We will suggest the focus with the smallest effort for visible effect.

You can switch focus if life changes, for example from workday meals to family cooking during school terms. Flexibility is built in.

Length, format and what you receive

  • Programs run online in English, with sessions scheduled in France local time (CET).
  • After each call you receive session notes, a one page habit sheet and shopping cues.
  • Between sessions you can send a short update by email.
  • Payment is per session by bank transfer with invoice, so you are not locked into a package you cannot pause.

We will tell you at the start how many sessions your focus usually needs.

Questions before you pick a focus

Short answers to what visitors ask most often when they compare a single session with a longer support series.

Do I need to finish a program before anything changes?

No. The start session usually sets one or two changes that matter most, and you decide after that whether to continue with the follow-ups. A program is support for repetition, not a gate you have to pass.

Can I switch focus in the middle of a program?

Yes. Life changes, and so do priorities: workday meals can give way to family cooking when school terms start. We adjust the next sessions to the new focus instead of holding you to the original plan.

Do I need special foods or imported products?

No. Everything is built around what you already buy at the supermarket, the laiki and your local bakery. If a product is hard to find near you, we look for a plain substitute rather than sending you across town.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is nutrition guidance and habit support, not medical care. Your doctor remains the reference for medical questions, and if a review is needed we ask you to get it while the nutrition work continues alongside.
